Weekend of rain expected in the UAE
According to the National Center of Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS), this weekend will bring increased cloud cover associated with rainfall.
Today’s forecast reads: “Partly cloudy weather in general with temperatures expected to rise. The amount of clouds will increase over the coasts and islands, with probability of slight rain.”
It added that there will be light to moderate winds in general and that the sea will be slight to moderate, becoming rough at times in the Arabian Gulf and slight to moderate in Oman Sea.
We, for one, don’t mind a little rain. Something about jumping into puddles…

Whether it’s your first go at skating or not, this Olympic sized rink is the perfect place to experience the thrill of being on ice. You can book a regular session or the disco ones, with the latter promising to be more fun as the resident DJ spins some peppy tunes.
