NAS Sports Tournament
The city’s best athletes are being encouraged to take compete or watch the action at this annual sporting event. There’s futsal, paddle tennis, a 5km or 10km run or even a 75km cycle race. You can also take part in fencing or new for this year, 3 v. 3 basketball or a spot of Jiu Jitsu. As always the NAS Night challenge will be take place so you can test your obstacle climbing skills.

Dubai Sports World
Summer is in full effect so any physical activity needs to be done in moderation. Or at least that’s our excuse for not going for a run. But thanks to the annual Dubai Sports World, you can carry on all of your energetic pursuits in the lovely air-conditioned surroundings of Dubai World Trade Centre. For the next three months, the exhibition centre will once again transform into the largest indoor sports venue in the UAE. You can go skateboarding, play badminton and football or even run a ninja warrior obstacle course, all whilst avoiding the harsh summer heat. There’s even a running track around the hall, too. So instead of crying off your weekly outdoor football until September, just sign up to Dubai Sports World and carry on your kicking. It’s either that or you’ll put on that “Dubai Stone”. Again.

Ramadanization
The annual art exhibit is back for its third edition. Much like previous years, it will see the city’s aspiring artists portray what Ramadan means to them in art form. The free event is open to all and guests are encouraged to make their own submissions. In short, it’s a great way to learn more about the blessed Holy Month and to do so in the company of friends and family.
