1. Dubai Safari set to open within months
The exciting news comes after Director General of Dubai Municipality, Hussain Nasser Lootah, inspected the stunning 1.2 sq km park this past Sunday and announced that it will be good to open very soon.

According to Major General Khalil al-Mansour three men, who wore masks when carrying out the theft, broke the window of a shop in the Naif area at 5am on Friday morning and stole the jewellery in just 31 seconds before leaving without a trace.

3. Dubai couple throw $30 million wedding on a ship
A couple who were born and raised in Dubai just had one of the most extravagant weddings that we've ever heard of. UAE-based business tycoon Rizwan Sajan decided to go all-out, and booked the Costa Fascinosa for his son Adel’s wedding. The Chairman and Founder of Danube Group booked the ship as part of four-days of wedding celebrations with over 1,200 guests.

4. UAE to get long weekend in April
The UAE government have officially confirmed that Sunday, April 23, will be a holiday for public sector employees on the occasion of Isra’a Wal Miraaj. The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources announced the news by releasing an official circular stating that the holiday had been confirmed.
