It’s a question we all want to ask our colleagues and friends, but often never do. Just how much are they being paid?
According to Aon Hewitt, employees across the UAE can expect an average pay increase of 5 percent in 2016. But what does that mean? And are you being paid enough to start with?
Recruitment Agency Hays produced a 2015 Salary Guide for the region to give you a good idea. Having surveyed more than 2,000 employees (mainly in mid to high level positions) from multinationals and small businesses, the data shows salary brackets for over 100 jobs.
The salary for each job is in a huge range – the lower figure is for SMEs while the higher figer accounts for multinational companies.
