Less than two weeks after the grand finale of the F1 season heralded a music festival that included sets from Calvin Harris and Sven Vath, Abu Dhabi is once again the centre of the dance music world. Creamfields is back in the capital after a hiatus… and they’re back with a bang. Several bangs, in fact. The coolest DJ in the world, DeadMau5, headlines Thursday night while on Friday two of the biggest names on the house circuit, Axwell and Ingrosso, close things out. And they’re delighted to be here again.

The man behind this year’s mega-track “Despacito” is all set to perform at Cavalli Club tonight (December 3). The 39-year-old will be belting out his hit-song along with several others like “Llegaste Tú”, “No Me Doy por Vencido” as well as his latest tune “Échame La Culpa” which features Demi Lovato.

Nomad X Maceo Plex
El Chiringuito’s Nomad series continues this Friday with DJ and producer Maceo Plex dropping by for a set to move your feet. Dark and dirty house music will be the flavour of the headline act. And resident DJs Sam Farsio and Paul Josef will provide the tunes to get you through to the main event.

Sunrisers 
There’s a free event going down in Al Quoz this Wednesday, but, well, you’re going to have to get up incredibly early for it. At 6am – that’s not a typo – you’ll find the beats of Pierre Ravan, Charl Chaka and House of Afrika will be the perfect way to clear a muggy head. You’ll also be able to take part in yoga sessions, hula hooping or even create your own sculpture.

Fiesta Musica
It’s festival time again at Zero Gravity as a three-day event brings the sounds of the Balaerics to Dubai. There will be performances from the Ibiza House Orchestra as well as a number of top DJs, including big hitters Soul Ninja, Throttle and the UK radio legend Trevor Nelson. There’s also arts and crafts, a range of ball games to try and a five-hour brunch.

Plus-Minus presents Nick Curly
German house music artist Nick Curly is next up on the Plus-Minus bill of superb international DJs. Expect groovy tech-house and techno from Curly, who has rubbed shoulders with the likes of Maya Jane Coles, Guy Gerber and Carl Cox. The night will also include local DJs Mo Ezabyy, Dante, Meki and Andy Mcgirr.

Willy William at Billionaire Mansion
Get ready for a star-studded performance from the acclaimed Willy William. Known for his upbeat urban pop tunes and, of course, “Mi Gente”, which featured Beyoncé, the French performer will bring an energetic and memorable show to Billionaire Mansion. The dress code is smart elegant, so scrub up, folks.
