Art lovers, photographers and Insta-lovers, here’s some good news for you and your feed. The fourth edition of Dubai Canvas returns next month.

The popular 3D art festival will take place at the city’s newest hotspot La Mer from March 1 to 7 and, entry is free.

The seven-day festival, organised by Brand Dubai, will see some the world’s leading 3D artists create unique optical illusions in the many public spaces of the beachside destination.

Some of the artists taking part this year include the winner of last year's 3D Art Award Cuboliquido, Leon Keer from the Netherlands and Danila Shmelev from Russia.

While we do not yet know which designs, we do know, from past experience, that the pieces displayed are going to be good.

To help you get a better idea of what to expect, we've shortlisted some of our favourite pieces from previous years.
