SPONSORED: Traditional iftar at Khayal in Marriott Hotel Al Forsan, Abu Dhabi
With plenty mouthwatering Middle Eastern dishes, traditional beverages and an array of sweet treats, Khayal’s food and atmosphere is perfect for a family feast.
The all-day dining restaurant located in Abu Dhabi’s newly opened Marriott Hotel Al Forsan will put on an iftar buffet that combines Arabic cuisine with dishes from all over the world.
Meat-lovers will be spoilt for choice with the venue’s six live cooking stations preparing the likes of oriental mixed grill, penne arrabiata, lamb biryani and roasted chicken. Vegetarians are well catered for with the hot and cold mezze platters that include humus, moutabal and fattoush. There will also be a number of other meat-free dishes like mixed rice, roasted vegetables and vegetable curry.
Finish on a sweet note with the extensive dessert offering that includes traditional classics like Umm Ali, kunafeh and baklava.
The iftar includes still and sparkling water, chilled Ramadan juices such as Tamrhindi, Laban and Kamar el dein, as well as Arabic tea and coffee served in traditional cups.
Furthering its quest of being the ultimate dining destination this Ramadan, Khayal will be swapping its contemporary interiors for an Arabian Night’s theme – think beautifully presented tables and intricate lanterns scattered throughout the spacious venue.
