Caramel Restaurant & Lounge
Whoever said out with the old and in with the new was a good idea? Caramel has been around for a while now, and has hardly changed due to its comforting site and delicious bites. Speaking of which, Caramel’s brunch offers plenty of small plates for sharing such as the mac ’n’ cheese bites, chicken lettuce wraps as well as kale and quinoa salad. There’s also sushi and Japanese-inspired dishes, along with main courses such as beef short rib, braised lamb shank and pan-roasted salmon. Oh, and delightful chicken lollipops..

If you’re an Asian food enthusiast and you haven’t tried out Miss Tess’s evening brunch, well we just can’t call you a true fan. Inspired by the flavours of Korea, Thailand, China, Vietnam and Japan, expect a lively venue indoors and out on the terrace, and experience an atmosphere straight from the streets of many different Asian countries. Namu
This brunch honours the name of Korean and Japanese dishes and drinks everywhere. The two time-honoured culinary cultures are staged in a futuristic venue, with furnishings that accent a customary Korean mask wall and massive soy sauce clay vases. Its fusion of Korean and Japanese dishes must be tried, with notable menu items including the squid which comes salt and pepper-style with spicy mayo, and chicken hot tight, which is simply a juicy, sliced fillet. If you’re up for it, there’s veal belly on offer as well.

PLAY Restaurant & Lounge
Diners can dig into a four-course menu from Chef Reif Othman that kicks off with yellowtail sashimi, akami nigiri, ebi nigiri, avocado maki and salmon maki. Wait, you thought that was it? This extravaganza of a brunch is filled with the aroma of the delicious delicacies from the city that this restaurant is named after.
