The talented bunch of chefs at Cove Beach have come up with an inspired breakfast menu aimed squarely at those who like to treat their body as a temple. Before breakfast during winter, Cove Beach will be running a sunrise yoga session to let you work up a proper appetite before a healthy refuelling.

Thinking outside the breakfast box
Fraiche Café & Bistro
Aiming to offer “a democratic fine-dining experience”, which we tried to explain in Issue 3, there’s no denying Fraiche’s experimental approach to breakfast yields great rewards. Maryland Eggs Benedict, which comes atop a crab cake, is worth treating your tastebuds to, as is “Breakfast Surprise,” which consists of  poached eggs with pastrami on hot French toast, topped with a zingy basil and lime hollandaise. The menu may be avant-garde, but the down-to-earth setting is laid back and casual.
