That do you mean you’ve not given Valentine’s Day any thought yet? Seriously? Okay, don’t panic. We can sort this. Luckily, we decided to think up what we consider to be the hottest tables. Our first piece of advice, though? Turn your phones OFF. And lads – not a word about Netflix, unless you want an almighty row. Now here’s how you’ll get through it… and win.

Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, The Address Dubai Marina
What’s on offer:
Three starters from a signature range including fresh oysters, sizzling jumbo scallops, seared Ahi tuna or beef carpaccio topped with truffles. These are followed by 8oz (black truffle shaved) filet or a 12oz New York striploin with sides, and a home-made cheesecake to finish. Includes a glass of fizz each.
How much: AED690 per couple.
What makes it special: While the American steak stalwart’s prowess in the red meat department is obvious, what’s noteworthy here are the starters – particularly the sizzling jumbo scallops. Definitely for couples who like to eat.
