Ras Al Khaimah Wynn Resort To Open In 2027, Featuring The UAE’s First Casino

Marjan, a Ras Al Khaimah-based master developer, has partnered with RAK Hospitality Holding and Wynn Resorts to construct the UAE’s first casino resort in Ras Al Khaimah. The integrated Wynn Resort is set to open in early 2027, with two contractors handling the vital construction work.

ALEC Engineering and Contracting, a subsidiary of the Dubai Investment Corporation, was awarded the main construction contract for the integrated resort development. Marjan stated that the contractor’s experience building complex and iconic projects in a variety of industries was critical in their selection.
