PICTURES: This is what the Just Cavalli villas are going to look like

If you’re a fan of Roberto Cavalli, you’re going to love this.

The fashion guru has personally designed the interiors of a number of new villas in Dubai and if you have AED1.3 million to spare, one of them could be yours.

Located in the Akoya Oxygen golf community, the Just Cavalli villas will be available for online purchase from Friday, September 8, and will feature a rooftop terrace, lower ground floor, a Just Cavalli Gym and access to Akoya’s many facilities.

They will, of course, also feature a number of unique prints and patterns that have become infamous with the Cavalli brand – we’re talking bold designs infused with bright patches of colour and the odd animal print.

Speaking on the project, the Senoir Vice President of Damac Properties told ShortList: “As the leading luxury real estate developer in the region and pioneers in creating branded properties with prestigious global names, we are pleased to continuously expand our portfolio of premium products.”

He added: “Our discerning customers seek distinctive products and we are able to offer them due to our collaborations. The leading names that we have forged relationships with recognise DAMAC as the ideal partner to collaborate with to extend their lifestyle offering to the world of real estate.”

Aside from the Just Cavalli villas, fashion savvy property hunters looking to settle down in the UAE will soon be able to live in specially designed Bulgari villas that will form part of the Bulgari Resort and Residences.

Designed by Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel and Partners, the project that will consist of 15 “mansions”, 165 apartments and eight penthouses as well as 101 hotel rooms and suites will be located on Jumeira Bay Island.

While the exact open date is not yet known, it is believed that the development will be complete by the end of this year.

For all those looking to experience the magic that is designer living now, you can do so by visiting the neoclassical masterpiece that is the Palazzo Versace Dubai and or the Armani Hotel located in the world’s tallest building, the Burj Khalifa.
