This is all part of his international Voice of Reason tour, and the comic – who’s been host of iconic TV shows such as Mock the Week, The Apprentice: You’re Fired and Robot Wars – will perform for just one night. Six Nations Rugby Final Round
So, it’s the final round of the Six Nations Rugby Championship AND it’s St. Patrick’s Day. Clearly, there’s no better place to head to on such an occasion than one of Dubai’s best Irish pubs. Catch all the tackles, tries and tension of the tournament live on the big screens (there are more than 20 plasma-screen TVs dotted around the place – inside and out). Expect some nail-biting moments, as there are some seriously exciting matches on the schedule. On top of all that, McGettigan’s is giving us all the opportunity to win some prizes throughout the day/night (you’ll have to go and find out what they are). Sounds like a great craic.
When: From 12pm, Saturday, March 17

Annual Zurich Touch 6s Tournament
Back for its seventh edition, this year’s Touch 6s Tournament will see a record 32 teams battle it out on the greens of the Dubai Polo and Equestrian club on Friday, March 16. The annual event will see a number of business across the UAE take part in a number of sporting events for their chance to win prizes. Aside from competitions, there’ll be a number of food stalls and entertainment for the little ones. In short, it’s a great way to network and makes for a fun, family-friendly day out.

A Botanical Workshop
Jennifer Ipekel is leading this workshop, which will ask you to think about the secret language of nature. She’ll use the work of Karl Blossfeldt, who creates magnified photos of plant life, as a study tool, as well as provide a sound demo using a device that reads electrical variations when attached to leaves or roots. The event is being hosted in partnership with Art Dubai.
