The region’s most recognised art hub, Alserkal Avenue, is hosting a month long community-based festival for Ramadan nights. To foster genius, create dialogue and simply enjoy your time there, the festival boasts a range of great activities, workshops, exhibitions, and screenings. Think Japanese-inspired iftars, curated art trails of contemporary galleries by writer Egerton and films about food evolution. There’s a lot going on. It’s all housed in the specially designed warehouses that the area is known for, and comes with a real sense of togetherness, which is in keeping with this special time of year.
