A guide to what you can see and do in Dubai

St. Patrick’s Day
You might want to take the day off work (or slope off early today) and head down to The Irish Village this St. Patrick’s Day. From 11am until midnight, the original Irish quarter of Dubai will be hosting Irish bands, Irish dancers and more, for 13 hours straight. Bands on the line-up include The Logues, The Real Shindig, Yeah Yeah Nah and DJ Marky Mark. Entry is free, and there is a range of traditional Irish drinks and dishes on offer. Fancy dress is encouraged.

Hothouse Flowers
This Irish rock band will be in Dubai for St Patrick’s Day performing at Dubai Opera.Head down to enjoy some of their best hits, including ‘I Can See Clearly Now’.
