Madame Tussauds is coming to Dubai
Finally, our chance to meet and take a selfie with Robert Downey Jr. has nearly arrived. Well, not actually, but it’s the next best thing.
Famous waxwork museum Madame Tussauds is coming to Dubai, and it’s set to open on Bluewaters Dubai later this year.
It’s the first-ever in the Middle East, with other branches of the popular attraction in cities such as London, New York and Beijing.
Madame who-now, you ask? It’s a popular tourist attraction that features realistic wax figures of A-list celebrities such as Brad Pitt or Madonna, political figures and many more.
While not dates have been announced of when it may open, or what celebrities will be featured, going by other locations, guests can expect everyone from US president Donald Trump and actor Benedict Cumberbatch to iconic figures such as Vincent Van Gogh.
Plans for the museum were officially announced in 2016, but the details have only recently been confirmed now.
That isn’t the only star-studded attraction making its way to Dubai, as city is getting its own ‘Walk of Fame’ to pay tribute to stars from worlds of music, sport and much more. Check out all the info right here.
