The theme park news just keeps coming. This time it’s Dubai Parks and Resorts, who have just revealed the price of their annual pass ahead of the park opening in October.

You can get year-round access to the park – which includes Bollywood Dubai, Motiongate, Legoland and Riverland – for AED2,495, along with a discount on food and retail, as well as exclusive invitations. There are over 100 rides spread across the mammoth-sized theme park, so you’ll need plenty of time to pack them all in.

If that sounds a bit too pricey, there are eight different kinds of annual passes to cater to most budgets. Single park passes start at AED755 (Bollywood Dubai) and go up to AED865 for Motiongate.

Of course, being in Dubai, there’s an all-singing all-dancing VIP pass that promises to treat visitors like “superstars” – at AED6,995, you’d like to hope so. Benefits include valet parking, que jumping, VIP seating, access to the VIP lounge, a tour guide and 20 percent discount on food, beverages and additional tickets purchased.

The passes, which are on sale now, will give visitors invitations to exclusive preview days so that you can check out some of the attractions before general admissions begin.

Raed Kajoor Al Nuaimi, CEO of Dubai Parks and Resorts said: “Dubai Parks and Resorts is set to transform the leisure tourism sector in Dubai when it opens in October this year, adding a world-class family entertainment destination to the city’s attractions. Our destination of diverse theme parks will be the largest in the Middle East, and is set to both benefit from and contribute towards Dubai’s Tourism Vision 2020, to double annual visitor numbers to 20 million in 2020.”

“The launch of our Annual Passes is the latest milestone in our journey towards the opening of the destination and we are extremely excited to be offering our guests the opportunity to purchase these passes to be one of the first to experience our world-class theme parks.”
