Rain and hail stones hit parts of the UAE
When we think of summer in the UAE, we think of bright sunshine, steamed up sunglasses and plenty of air con. Rain and hail stones aren’t usually part of the picture. However, this is exactly the kind of weather that eastern parts of the UAE saw on Sunday afternoon.
According to the National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS), some areas of the country could see rain until Tuesday.
