6 awesome parties in Dubai this week

Mark Knight 
Producer and DJ Mark Knight, founder of Toolroom Records, is no stranger to Dubai and he returns to headline Q43’s season-closing party this Wednesday night.
Known for his eclectic underground house and tech-house sets, he is best known for tracks such as “Alright”, “In And Out” and “Your Love”. Aside from his own music, he’s also unleashed plenty of dancefloor slaying remixes, which include the likes of Faithless’s “Music Matters” and Underworld’s “Downpipe”.
He will be supported by a parade of familiar Dubai talent, including Arcade 82’s Mark Pickup, Natalie Brogan and Q43’s resident mixer DJ Guess Hu. It should be a great way to say goodbye for the summer.
“I’m a great fan of Dubai,” says Mark Knight, who has beaten a regular path to the city. “I have played here many times and it’s also a place I love to take my family on the rare occasions I’m not working. To me, it feels like a very vibrant place where there is a great appetite and passion for electronic music.”

Back 2 Back at 360°
This is the signature Wednesday night down at 360° – and will be the last one before the summer recess. The premise is that the house residents play back-to-back all night, so you can catch the likes of Benyamin, Arsh and Sam B on the decks, playing a mix of old skool, hip-hop, funk and soul.

Disconekt
The usual resident collective of Frederick Stone, Aidin Karami and Michka join forces to deliver another slab of midweek mayhem at Vii Dubai – but it’s a night earlier than usual this week. But you can again expect the best in underground house music for the last time this season.

Raye
Raye, the vocal force behind Jonas Blue’s “By Your Side” and Jax Jones’ “You Don’t Know Me” will be performing at WHITE Dubai’s massive closing party this Tuesday! The British songstress will be joined by American rapper Red Café. Expect to hear hits like “Fly Together” and “I’m Ill” when the New York native takes the stage.

Ramusake Ladies Night
The last ladies night with the volume turned up for the season at this ever-popular, tropically themed spot in JBR. Ladies can expect the usual deals on beverages, while DJ Adam Graca and DJ Soul Ninja will be on hand with the entertainment. NB: The precise timings are subject to change this week.
