Q’s Bar & Lounge
A plush and upmarket venue in which the emerging artists who perform are hand-picked by Quincy Jones, the American musical legend and designer of Q’s Bar and Lounge, himself. Located in the Palazzo Versace Hotel, it’s a brilliant place to watch music, which generally follows a jazz/funk/soul theme. Jones won 28 Grammy Awards and collaborated with some of music’s biggest names during his glittering career, so it’s safe to say he knows a thing a two about what constitutes a good night music-wise. In the early part of this year, David Davis, a soulful and vocal powerhouse, was the resident performer.
