Pure Sky Lounge
The ultra-white Dubai-rooftop look is de rigeur and ladies can lounge it up with a decent variety of unlimited pink beverages from 9pm until 11pm. Be warned, the 11pm cut off will come around quickly and its location in JBR’s Hilton Hotel means it is stumbling distance to a range of other bars in the area. This is where Tuesdays can take an unexpected turn.

The Beach House
Set on the edge of Anantara The Palm, The Beach House is an idyllic setting for those who prefer something a bit more low key. The first 50 ladies through the door get a silk pouch containing a gem – one of the stones is real, and the rest are glass replicas. This is a new kid on the block, but we’ve already been hearing it come up in conversation when the week’s plans are being laid. Expect live performances from Cha Cha Cha dancers, a selection of Toro Toro bites taken from dishes on the main menu – crispy prawns, smoked guacamole, chipotle salad, for example – and, to wash it down, three free cocktails between 8pm and midnight. Music comes from DJ Naz, spinning South American inspired beats.

A new French-themed ladies night that’s going with a French Riviera meets Dubai Marina vibe.
