The payment process is quite elaborately divided between the reservation of the property and towards the end of the work. 20 percent is expected to be paid at the reservation time in addition to the notary fees of 4 percent. Within the 12 months of reservation, 5 percent is to be paid. 10 percent after the foundations are constructed.
After the construction of 10 floors, 10 percent is to be paid. Another 10 percent must be paid after the completion of the building structure.
After the facades are completed you are supposed to pay 10 percent. And with the work completed, you are expected to pay the rest of 30 percent.
