The luxury car brand Bugatti will be collaborating with real estate developers Binghatti to develop the world’s first Bugatti Residences in Dubai. More information on the project will be revealed on the 24th of May, 2023.
Binghatti revealed in an email statement on Monday that the coming project will be concentrating on the Bugatti lifestyle revolving around the incomparable experience at the home of Bugatti, the Chateau Saint-Jean, comprising extravagant parties, excellent food, and the roster of the era’s most respected drivers and celebrities. The new Bugatti residence will be a reflection of the tranquility of the French Rivera in the center of Dubai.

This collaboration between Bugatti and Binghatti will be a monument to the synergy between both brands. With the mixing of remarkable architectonics and unique and intricate designs, Binghatti mastered a revolution in the real estate scene with the same artistry that Bugatti implemented in shaking up the automotive sector.
This collaboration will bring forth an out-of-the-ordinary residence that will embody Bughatti’s philosophy and Design DNA of “ Art, Forme, Technique” which will result in a magnificent architectural masterpiece.
Bugatti’s CEO, Mate Rimac said that they shared an idea of what a Bugatti-branded residence should be with the Binghatti team. He added that Muhammed Binghatti has a deep appreciation for automotive design and luxury along with a talent for creating iconic architecture. And with this collaboration, they would follow the motto of Ettore Bugatti, “ If comparable it is no longer a Bugatti”

And the Binghatti team would like to reiterate that same feeling when they are entering the residence. He also added that every great brand that has made an impact on a global scale starts with a rooted design ethos and a coherent ideology toward a specific lifestyle and that the brand Binghatti was made along similar pillars.
