Guests can now complete all check-in formalities prior to their arrival using their mobile phones thanks to Jumeirah Mobile Check-In. This means that guests can bypass long lines at the reception desk and proceed directly to their room upon arrival. The solution provides a seamless arrival experience and reduces the check-in process by up to 10 minutes, saving guests significant time.

Guests can use the Jumeirah mobile app to upload their passport information, a photo of themselves, and their signature, which then verifies their identity and confirms their booking. After checking in, guests will receive a digital key on their phone, which they can use to access their room.

Jumeirah presented an innovative technology at GITEX 2022 that allows guests who booked directly through Jumeirah.com or its mobile application to complete their check-in process prior to their stay.
Guests can upload all necessary identification documents and complete a verification step that involves taking a selfie with their mobile phone within 48 hours of their arrival. Depending on their preference, guests are given a digital or physical key upon arrival.
