Over the last few months, the airline has been engaged in a carefully planned and executed growth strategy aimed at expanding its network operations. This has included resuming services to five previously suspended cities, launching flights to a brand-new destination – Tel Aviv – and adding 251 weekly flights to existing routes.
Along with these efforts, Emirates has continued to roll out a variety of service enhancements both in the air and on the ground.
According to Adnan Kazim, Emirates’ Chief Commercial Officer, this expansion is in response to rising global demand for air travel.
The airline’s fiscal year began quietly, as it delayed its ramp-up plans until the northern runway rehabilitation program at Dubai International Airport was completed in June. However, the airline has been on a non-stop expansion trajectory since July 2022.
