Art 101 | Laila Binbrek 
Coordinating director at the National Pavilion United Arab Emirates, Laila Binbrek will be holding a talk to discuss the ways in which the UAE will be represented in the prestigious Venice Biennale art festival which takes place from May 13 to November 26. During the hour long discussion, Binbrek will also touch on Hammad Nasar’s 2017 exhibition, Rock, Paper, Scissors: Positions in Play, which explores the theme of playfulness across generations of UAE-based artists. It’s a must for aspiring artists as Binbrek will also be discussing the Pavilion’s internship program for the year.
