Remember the golf course Donald Trump was building in Dubai?  Yeah, well Trump International Golf Club is opening this Saturday. And, since Donald can’t make it cause he’s busy being the 45th President of the United States, two of his three sons (Eric and Donald Jr) will be doing the honours of opening the golf course that’s located in the newly renamed Damac Hills.

For those all those wondering why Trump’s sending his beloved kids to open to AED22 billion golf course, well, they sorta should because they actually run things now. Let us explain – Trump, 70, has given Donald Jr, 39, and 33-year-old Eric full control of his billion dollar global empire while he runs things in the White House. Nice.

Now that we know that they are coming to the region, here's a bit more on the project. The Tiger Woods designed golf course is just one of the two real estate projects which make up Damac Hills, the second is a set of 100 villas that are specifically designed by the Trump Organisation and PVRT villas, which is a gated community overlooking the Trump International Golf Course.

And, much as you can imagine, they’re pretty expensive – VERY expensive – according to Land Sterling, the five bedroom villas are currently selling for anything between AED6.3 million to AED6.5 million. While, the PVRT villas start from AED6.5million.

Should you wish to buy your own, you can expect to your own Trump Card, which opens doors to a host of privileges across the globe and boasts the glamour of New York City and Las Vegas to exotic Waikiki and Ireland’s historic Doonbeg… that’s not all, the website also says “you’ll enjoy stellar service and exclusive benefits in signature Trump style.” Right, now when you buy your very own PVRT villa, we expect invites please.

If you're gonna miss Eric and Donald Jr in Dubai this Saturday, don't worry because we may be seeing a lot more of them as rumour has it Damac and the US President have been hosting a series of talks to discuss his next big regional project. Interesting.
