Disco Inferno at 7Elephants
It’s all about going back in time for this year. The chic al fresco venue in DIFC is transforming into a disco wonderland for Halloween and is encouraging all of its guests to dress up as their favourite old school villain. We wonder how many people will be going as Chucky and Jason…

Witches night at Cielo Lounge
While it may be called “witches night” we’re pretty sure that there will be other fictional characters there too – few nurses, couple of cats and maybe even a vampire. Aside from free-flowing red fruity mixes, ladies will be treated to live entertainment courtesy of the venue’s resident DJ who, we’re sure, will be playing a number of “spooky” tracks.

Halloween Night at The Irish Village
The city’s beloved Irish hub is hosting a free party that the entire family can attend. Expect a day filled with Halloween themed games, live entertainment – DJ Marky Mark will be on deck – and, costume competitions – word on the street is that they’ll be giving a number of goods to the best dressed woman, man and little one.

Halloween at Cirque le Soir
When your venue is notorious for embracing everything “weird”, you’re going to be throwing quite the party for Halloween. And, that’s exactly what Cirque le Soir plan to do. For three days the intriguing venue will be upping the ante with its live entertainment and special performances. Dressing up is highly recommended.

The Rocky Horror Tiki show at Mahiki
Everyone’s favourite Polynesian bar is hosting a four-day extravaganza in celebration of the magic that is Halloween. It’s not just any party, this one has a special Rocky Horror Show Tiki theme – should be interesting. The party that kicks off on Thursday, October 26, will see guests who arrive before 9pm be treated to “spooky” pint-sized drinks while all those who arrive in costume will receive a special themed mix. Ladies will be treated to free-flowing grape and mixes on Tuesday, October 31, from 9pm to 1am. There will be live entertainment on all four nights too.

Lucky Horror Show
Dubai’s premier karaoke spot is going all-out with the Halloween theme this year. Lucky Voice will bring your worst horror film fears to life as characters from The Ring, Texas Chainsaw Massacre and Annabelle will pop out from every corner. Even It’s Pennywise will make an appearance. If that nightmare fuel hasn’t put you off, there’s 20 percent off dining for ladies and 30 minutes complimentary booth time with a themed playlist, too. DJs Scott Forshaw and Terrance Foster will be cranking out the very best house, 90s, hip-hop and pop until 3am. And be sure to brush up on your “Thriller” moves, too, as there’s a dance-off on the stroke of midnight.

BOA Club Halloween Edition
Dubai’s W Hotel just happens to be a stop on DJ and live percussionist Alex Guesta’s world tour. The Halloween slant arrives in the form of a night that promises to be punctuated by frights around every corner. There will also be a dance performance from artists dressed in special costumes – think Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” video with the one from Backstreet Boy’s “Backstreet’s Back”, and you’re on the right track.

Panic at the Retro
Despite the slightly questionable pun used for the event, this night sounds like it’s going to be great. As well as a soundtrack of timeless haunting songs, there will be zombie versions of deceased pop stars including Michael Jackson, David Bowie, John Lennon and more shambling around the venue.
