John Legend is coming to Dubai

The second act of the Emirates Airline Dubai Jazz Festival has been announced and, it’s a big one.

Joining Duran Duran on the bill of artists to perform at the 16th edition of the critically acclaimed music festival is none other than award-winning singer John Legend.

The “All of Me” hit-maker will be headlining the second day (Thursday, February 22) of the three day music festival (February 21-23) .

The sure to be legendary performance will mark his third with the festival – he previously performed at the 2008 and 2015 Emirates Airline Dubai Jazz Festival.

Speaking on Legend’s return, Anthony Younes, Founder and CEO of Chillout Productions said: “We’re thrilled to welcome back audience favorite John Legend for our 16th edition. With the great reception of ‘Darkness and Light’ album, we found that adding him to our lineup is a big reward to his growing fan base in the Middle East.”

The 38-year-old is responsible for some of the most romantic songs in music. Expect the ladies and few guys to get a bit emotional when he plays “All of Me” and “Love Me Now”.

John Legend is a multiple Grammy award-winning artist, so, it’s safe to say that he will definitely be putting on a great show.

See point one. The same is to be expected when he sings “Ordinary People” and “Everybody Knows”.
