Dubai International Boat Show is back for the 27th time, and its return is sure to see some of the world's finest competitors go head-to-head in what is set to be some fierce competition.
But who will be victorious? With serious prize money up for grabs, competition is sure to be serious.
Anglers will go head-to-head with all eyes on who nets the heaviest catch of the day.
Those taking part in the contest can use a rod and reel or a handline, and fish from a boat.
DIMC will distribute prize money to the top ten ranks of King Fish category and the top three ranks of the Cobia Fish category.

Discover the thrills of flyboarding and watch in awe as the region’s best fly boarders rise up out of the water and perform incredible stunts in this challenge.
One of the fastest, most demanding and entertaining sports on water, attracting the world’s best riders, is the UAE Waterbike Championship Race.
Competitors have a maximum of 3 minutes to present their most stunning stunts in front of you as well as of a jury of experts and pro riders.
The UAE's International Aquabike championship is also coming to Dubai International Boat Show.
This famous race offers an adrenaline pumping experience for both participants and spectators.
The events attract distinguished local and international sports stars, including renowned champions from the USA, UK, Spain, Hungary, Austria, Czech Republic, Russia, Denmark, Sweden, Poland, Italy, Japan, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.
And for all you dive-o-holics out there, there are two competitions.
The first will be the fastest to assemble their equipment followed by the fastest to gear up under water.
