Cinema: The Man From U.N.C.L.E
Guy Ritchie’s latest has arrived and it’s looking slick. A fresh take on the popular 1960s American television series of the same name, The Man from UNCLE is swinging-60s Cold War action romp with CIA agent Napoleon Solo (Henry Cavill) and Russian KGB agent Illya Kuryakin (Armie Hammer) teaming up to stop an international criminal organisation releasing a stash of nuclear weapons. And don’t forget to look out for David Beckham’s blink-and-you’ll-miss-it cameo…

The Rib Room Bar
Renowned steakhouse the Rib Room has now added a bar to its understated and stylish restaurant. Hip Hop by Nature presents OT Genasis at Movida Dubai
Demand was so high after his appearance back in March, Movida is welcoming back OT GENASIS this Friday for another live performance which will no doubt include hits “Coco” and “Ricky”. OT (or Odis Flores in real-life) has collaborated with the likes of 50 Cent and Busta Rhymes. Read our interview here.

Laura Jones at Plus-Minus
With her platinum blonde hair, trademark orange sunglasses and knowing smile, Brit DJ and producer Laura Jones is most famous for her 2011 summer anthem “Love In Me” as well as her residencies in Ibiza. Now this techno starlet will continue to shine a spotlight on the underground with an extended four hour set at Level 41. Doors open at 5pm (free entry before 9pm) and the event runs until 3am.

La Parrilla brunch
This South American restaurant has unveiled a brand new laid back Latino-inspired brunch. The menu is a set three-course affair that’s on a weekly rotation so nothing feels stale and is packed full of Latin America delights with lashings of Latino spirit. Enjoy grilled meats and seafood mains, tasty Brazilian-style sides like baked black beans and roasted vegetables with salsa and delicious desserts. Last performance of Blaze
