Zuma Pop-Up Menu
As if we need a reason to frequent Zuma, here’s another. This month they’ve launched an exciting pop-up menu of signature bar bites and cocktails, celebrating the achievements of Bar Manager Mehmet Sur, who won the Diageo World Class Regional final in June. He and Jimmy Barrat, Bar Development Manager for the Middle East, have designed each cocktail to not only reflect the skill and innovation required to make it to the top in today’s bartending profession, but also to match perfectly with the paired dishes. Get on it.
