“To the batmobile, Robin!” Dubai is known for its luxury cars (especially the supercar variety). But a recent YouTube clip shows a replica of the incredible wheels used in the Batman films.

The AED3.68 million vehicle was parked in a line-up of luxury cars including Rolls Royces, Aston Martins and Ferraris just off exit 36 on Sheikh Zayed Road. It may not be Gotham, but the batmobile replica looks like an exact copy of the car in Batman Begins, The Dark Knight and The Dark Knight Rises.

According to reports it’s powered by a Chevrolet Corvette v8 5.7 litre engine, and can do zero to 62 miles per hour in under six seconds. Not impressive enough for you? Don’t worry, there’s also a jet engine that can shoot out flames to scare unsuspecting commuters.

Apparently weighs two tonnes and measures 4.57 metres high. But it’s not just about the stats. It also has iPod recognition and a CD player… because Batman needs music in his life too.
