The Government of Dubai is all set to enforce its plan of action that helps to improve the efficiency of government services delivered to the residents of Dubai. His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, who is the Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of The Executive Council, has therefore launched a platform titled, “04”. It is a one-stop destination to mitigate the gap between the Government and the customers.
Customers can easily connect with Government officials and submit their suggestions, complaints and comments to them in a hassle-free manner.
These submissions act as feedback to the Government and accordingly the officials devise strategies to control the outflow of services. This platform is very easy to use and the customers can submit their complaints, comments and suggestions following a three-step process. All of these efforts will further increase the confidence of the public in government services.
Dubai’s model for future development focuses on leadership and building strategic relationships
According to the officials of the Government, the best way to serve the citizens is to entertain them. The gap between the two ends has to be reduced so that the concerns of the citizens can be addressed efficiently and effectively.
The 04 platforms have been developed in furtherance of the Government’s 360 Services Policy. The Policy places the recipients of the Government services at the forefront and allows the residents to directly raise their concerns and challenges to the Government officials.
It would be right to say that 04 is a unified platform for all customers, visitors, citizens and even residents to scrutinize the Government’s actions and enforce their remedies as soon as possible.
All the users who enrol themselves on this platform have the liberty to file their complaints against the actions of the Government departments. In fact, they can submit their opinions and suggestions with respect to the improvements which the government can effectively incorporate.
The objective to launch this platform is to elevate the happiness and satisfaction level of customers from government services.
High Highness, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, recently acknowledged in an interview that he believes in the power of cooperation of the government entities and this cooperation has to be guided by the spirits of teamwork and leadership.
He went ahead to add that every government department should work beyond the imagination and expectation of every citizen of Dubai.

The 04 platforms have been developed by the Dubai Model Center of the General Secretariat of the Executive Council. There are 40 government entities enrolled on this platform to entertain the appeals of the citizens.
The users can file a complaint or post a suggestion with the help of three simple steps. The users have to visit the website 04.gov.ae and then select the category wherein the feedback has to be submitted. The portal will allow a reference number.
This reference number will be used by the users to track the status of their complaints. They can follow up with the Government departments and expedite the process of the review. The platform can be accessed by users through WhatsApp as well.
Once the users add 600500055 as a contact to their devices, they can directly send their feedback and complaints to such platforms. All of these efforts redirect the efforts of the government to satisfy the customers so that their quality of life can be improved.
