Abdullah Bin Zayed Launches Smart Mission Project

The “Smart Mission” project’s objectives in relation to UAE leadership and future vision

H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation viewed a maquette of the project prepared at the ministry’s headquarters during the project’s launch.

The project’s use of artificial intelligence (AI) to provide advanced and innovative consular services was demonstrated in the maquette.

One of the project’s key features is the use of facial recognition technology, which allows customers to benefit from proactive consular services. Through 3D and hologram technologies, direct interactions without human interaction are possible.

This means that customers can get services quickly and easily, without having to wait long periods of time or rely on human intervention.

Among other consular services, the project provides return document issuance and authentication, as well as “To Whom It May Concern” certificates.

The project aims to make it easier and more convenient for customers to access the services they require by providing these services through an online platform that uses advanced technologies.
