Al Baik To Open First UAE Drive-through In Dubai

Saudi Arabia’s popular fast-food brand, Al Baik is all set to open its first drive-through restaurant in the United Arab Emirates. The company on Friday announced that its brand-new outlet will be opening soon in Dubai.

The new outlet will be at the Eppco petrol station in Al Rashidiya, Dubai. With the opening of the outlet the fried chicken fans of Al BaiK will be able to enjoy their favorite Al Baik chicken without stepping out of their cars. 

The Al Baik drive-through to be the eighth outlet of Saudi Arabia’s fried chicken restaurant in the UAE 

Al Baik started their first outlet for fried chicken in the UAE in June 2021 at the Dubai Mall. With the opening of this new outlet, the number of Al Baik outlets in the UAE will reach a total of eight.

The restaurant is popular in the Middle East for its broasted chicken and the wide variety of sandwiches it serves to the customers. 

The company is planning to have a soft launch of the new drive-through restaurant by the next week which will be followed by a grand opening of the outlet by the end of the month of Ramadan. The new outlet will be having only a limited menu with its most popular items like sandwiches and nuggets.

In order to avoid the queue of vehicles, the brand has decided to provide multiple mobile points for the sale. Moreover, the customers coming to have the delicacies will not be made to wait like those seen in the malls, they can place their order and pay the amount through an application.   

Al Baik was first established in Jeddah in the year 1974. The brand has been functioning in the western parts of Saudi Arabia like Jeddah, Madinah, and Makkah for about 38 years.

Today, the brand has expanded the number of outlets to more than 120 locations, and in the year 2020, it launched two outlets in Bahrain thereby marking its first international venture. 

It was in 2020 during the Dubai Expo, the Al Baik exhibited their first-ever stall which was welcomed wholeheartedly by fried chicken lovers.

Later the brand opened its first branch in Dubai at the Dubai Mall in the year 2021 followed by the opening of the second branch at the Mall of Emirates towards the end of April.

The first outpost of the brand was opened inside Ajman’s City Centre on 5^th July, which became a huge success.

Taking inspiration from the support gained for the first outpost, Al Baik opened its first outpost in Sharjah at the Al Majaz Waterfront in the month of August followed by another one in Sharjah’s City Centre in October. By the year 2022, the brand opened its first outlet in the Al Wahda Mall of Abu Dhabi. 

The popularity of Al Baik’s products lies in the mode of preparation that the brand follows, especially for the broasted chicken. Apart from the broasted chicken it also serves signature items like spicy fried chicken, big baik sandwiches, nuggets, chicken fillet sandwiches, chicken meals, and falafel.
