The Armani company has proclaimed that the Armani Casa Interior Design Studio will join hands with Arada, a UAE-based real estate company to develop a luxury project in Dubai.
The project proposes to construct residential units, common areas, and other facilities at the Armani Beach Residences Palm Jumeirah. The project will be designed by the Japanese architect, Tadao.
The company will start the sales of the properties by the second half of the year
The Armani Beach Residences Palm Jumeirah will have a diverse range of finely constructed residences, including a small number of penthouses and several world-class facilities.

The design of the project will be done by Tadao Ando, the winner of the Japanese Pritzker Prize. The Armani Beach Residences Palm Jumeirah’s design will emphasize the connection between architecture and nature as seen in the works of Ando.

The Armani Group has a long-term connection in working with Tadao Anto, with whom the company first collaborated for the design of the Armani/Teatro in Milan in 2001. He said that he is so pleased to continue the partnership with Tadao Anto.
Tadao Ando is a Japanese architect who is famous for his structures that are developed out of the natural form of the landscape and the creative use of natural light. He is the founder of Tadao Ando Architects and Associates, an architecture and design firm.
