Beyonce, the American singer, and celebrity made a stunning return to the main stage after four long years through an exclusive private event organized as part of the opening of Atlantis The Royal in Dubai. She was seen performing some of her famous numbers like “Crazy in Love”, “Beautiful Liar”, “Naughty Girl” and other recent ones like “Be Alive”, “Freedom” and “Spirit”.

She had made a beautiful combination of a decade’s worth of memorable hits. Other than these, she also sang famous Middle-eastern songs like “Batwanes Beek” by Algerian singer Warda Al-Jazairia and “Li Beirut” by the legendary Lebanese singer Fairuz.

Beyonce was supported by a 48-member all-female orchestra called Firdaus and the Mayyas, a professional dance group that won the “America’s Got Talent” season 17 show.

In a surprising addition, Beyonce’s daughter Ivy also joined her on stage to perform their famous song “Brown Skin Girl”. She came in a red shiny outfit that matched that of the dancers on the stage. Both mother and daughter won a Grammy for the song back in 2021.

As far as the rumor mills go, the 41-year-old American sensation was paid a hefty sum of $26 million for an hour-long performance at Atlantis The Royal Dubai. Queen Bey as she is fondly called by her fans worldwide appeared throughout the show in a number of outfits that were specifically designed by the regional designers as part of a tribute to the creativity of the Arab minds. The show started off with Beyonce dawning a yellow corseted dress designed by Atelier Zuhra and performing a cover of Etta James’ “At last”.

The outfit was also fitted with 30 sheets of acrylic cut into small pieces to add an extra layer of a glossy look. This performance was quickly followed by her slipping into a custom-made skin-tight bodysuit designed by Nicolas Jebran and it was ornate with gold gems over Bey’s torso and chest. The look was completed with the addition of a grand headdress and billowing skirt.

The performance was wrapped up by the Diva presenting herself before the crowd in a figure-hugging mini dress decorated with crystals and a gold and silver breast piece designed by the Ukrainian designer Ivan Frolov.

It was accompanied by long pink gloves that also had gems on them. The pyramid-style earrings she wore with the outfit featured around sixty carats of diamonds.

The performance was very exclusive in nature and there was a strict no-phone rule that was applicable to all the guests. Photography and video recording were also prohibited for the Beyonce performance. Guests were also asked to wear formal outfits and to keep a signature pin in order to access the event.

The after-party, however, was more liberal with the performance of the Swedish House Mafia. A complimentary Moet Champagne was served to the guests of the event and it was attended by celebrities like Rebel Wilson, Nia Long, Letitia Wright, Sabrina Elba, Chloe Bailey, Liam Payne, Halle Bailey, and Kendall Jenner.

The total worth of the jewels adorned by Beyonce for the performance is estimated at $7.5 million and it was designed by the renowned Lorraine Schwartz. She had worn a gold gown designed by Dolce & Gabbana during her red carpet intro at the event.

On the whole, the exclusive performance was a befitting return for the American celebrity after a gap of four years. It was a power-packed evening and the hype lived up to its expectations. There was a glittering firework show that complimented Beyonce’s on-stage performance. There is also a rumored Grammy night performance by Beyonce on the coming February 5th and the talks are already on with the show producers.
