Danube Properties Unveils Dubai’s First FashionTV

Danube Properties are collaborating with the Fashion TV brand for the launch of a brand-new residential tower in the city’s heart. The tower comprises 700 plus apartments spanning 65 floors.

The founder and chairman of the Danube Properties, Rizwan Sajan told the media during the launching of this project that they are eager to join hands with FashionTV for Fashionz.

Danube is aiming at bringing glam and fashion into real estate. He stated that the homes we live in are an extension of what we are as a person in addition to that where and how we live must reflect our lifestyles too.

Situated at the Jumeirah Village Triangle in the heart of Dubai, Fashionz comprises more than 700 residences spread across 65 floors

The developer of this project added that each of these apartments is created in a sense to manifest the elegance and glam aligned with the extravaganza vibe that the FashionTV brand exudes.

Fashionz residential tower will be equipped with top-class amenities, that comprise a FashionTV gym, Restaurants, and cafeterias with the theme of Fashion TV, a Fashion TV rooftop bar with a swimming pool to attend to the needs of the residents.

Fashionz will also accommodate over 40 key facilities including a meditation zone, a Zumba and dance studio, a trampoline park, fashion ramps, a padel court, a gazebo, a skating rink, outdoor chess, a fashion school, an outdoor cinema, table tennis court, a cigar room, a Japanese garden, a business hub that also includes a meeting space, a doctor ready on call and a snooker zone.

Mr. Sajan stated that they wanted to offer a level of aspirational glamor to their buyers who like luxurious things but in an affordable package, priced at AED 850,000 (231,420$).

The global recognition and appeal that the FashionTV beholds will complement the vision of Danube to build an ultra-fashionable residential tower that will make a unique mark and be a sensational addition to the iconic Dubai Skyline, Rizwan Sajan added.

He believes that Fashionz will provide a truly unique residential experience to buyers. 

5 projects were launched within a year in 2022 by Danube Properties, which include the Pearlz, Gemz, Oplaz, Petalz, and Elitz which comprise 2099 living spaces with a development value that surpasses Dh 2.05 billion. Due to the high demand for a comfortable yet affordable luxury residential space all of their projects were sold out.
