Dubai Records Customer Happiness At High Rate

His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the crown prince and Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai is pleased with the Customer Happiness Index which is about 86% in the year 2022. Also, it is found that 88 percent of employees in Dubai are happy with their job. The crown prince came to check the happiness index score on Wednesday, 18 January 2023 to realize the customer and employee experience in Dubai and to further improve customer satisfaction if needed. 

His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum also didn’t fail to appreciate the authorities who deal with those entities. The prince also praised the authorities of the top three entities which led to Customer satisfaction like the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment, Dubai Chambers, and the Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Service which scored 97.4 percent, 97 percent, and 94.4 percent respectively.

Sheikh Hamdan also complimented the top entities which raised Employee Happiness such as Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment, Dubai Police, and the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs for achieving 95 percent, 94.6 percent, and 94.2 percent respectively.

The prince even made a serious effort for raising the rating of those entities which scored below-average score in both the Customer Happiness Index and Employee Happiness Index. Dubai’s crown prince even asked the concerned authority to do the needful to improve customer and employee satisfaction. He also demanded the government often check for the customer side to know how to do things to make the customers and employees happier.

All the entities of 2022 were checked and publicly announced by the Dubai Government Excellence Programme on January 18, 2023. The Dubai government says that they work hard to bring up customer happiness and they follow the views of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum to achieve their aim.

Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum is the current Prime Minister and Vice president of the United Arab Emirates and Dubai, who have got a clear point of view on raising the standard of people by keeping the customers and employees always happy.

It is evident that Sheikh Hamdan is glad about the report and he says they regularly worked so hard to bring the service above the expectations of the customers and employees. He also likes the complete success due to the team who works under the Dubai Government providing a 24/7 service for the people regardless of day and night to ensure they are happy. 

The Employee Happiness Index was estimated by using four sub-indicators such as positivity at work, job harmony, job satisfaction, and job loyalty.

The contribution of job loyalty was 86 percent, positivity at work was 84 percent, job satisfaction was 84 percent, and functional harmony was 85 percent in reaching the overall Employee Happiness Index on the top. After the launching of the Government Dubai Customer Happiness Index in 2004, it is facing remarkable growth, and still growing Dubai will be globally noticed for providing one of the best service quality and customer experience. 

The Dubai crown prince says that he is proud of Dubai for achieving such a target in the last year. He also says that all these achievements which Dubai achieved are just the beginning and the best part is about to come in the following years.

Sheikh Hamdan addresses his happiness by always fulfilling the target even how hard it is to attain. The prince also shares that their key motive is to attain global leadership. The government is providing all the support to the team under them to raise their service which is provided to the employees and customers in Dubai.

The Dubai Government Excellence Program estimated Customer Happiness Index and Employee Happiness Index with the help of the service provided through the websites and the smart applications which are measured by the Dubai Digital Authority. It also helped the government to improve the services offered to the customers by following the concerns and reviews. However, it is the most incredible achievement in the history of the Dubai Government.

After all, there also existed entities that were ranked below the average on the index and those are Dubai Culture which was the least scored which was 60.9 percent. The entity Dubai Culture was followed by two other entities like the Community Development Authority which scored 62.3 percent and Dubai Media Incorporated which scored 66.71 percent.

Crown prince Sheikh Hamdan says that he aims in raising the happiness and peaceful state of living of the citizens in Dubai whether it is an employees or a customer.

The Dubai Government will offer the most favorable environments for the employees that encourage them in bringing up their talents along with productivity. Sheikh Hamdan even warned the lowest 10 government entities to take immediate action to raise the working environment.
