Rakhi Sawant Buys Car, New Home, & Opens Her Own Acting Academy In Dubai

Rakhi Sawant, famous for controversial personal as well as public life has been reportedly spotted at Mumbai airport while returning from Dubai on Monday night. She talked to the media and announced her new investments in Dubai.  

Rakhi revealed that her dream of opening an acting academy has finally come true. The ‘Rakhi Sawant’s Acting Academy has been inaugurated on the 1st of March. She further added that through this academy she wishes to provide opportunities to young artists across nations who are trying to build an acting career in the Bollywood industry.

She talked to the paparazzi and said, ‘Dubai me nayi academy shuru kiya hei maine, ek aur naya ghar liya, aur ghaadi bhi liya, jo meri company ne diya hei’.

Rakhi informed the paparazzi that she has also bought a new house and a car, given by her company in Dubai. She was wearing black gym wear and got emotional when reminded of her husband Adil and her late mother, Jaya Bheda.

About the Acting Academy

Through an Instagram post, the actor cum dancer, Rakhi herself has made the announcement and has revealed the whereabouts of her newly launched acting academy. The institution is located in Al Karama, Dubai. 

She has been recording the video from an airport and was seen to be wearing a yellow sleeveless top with blue boyfriend jeans.

Rakhi seemed to invite all the aspiring talented actors to come and meet her. In her post, she added, ‘All the people out there in Dubai, I am starting a new training school in Dubai. I am waiting to meet all of you guys and am equally excited to start this new school of acting. Rakhi also added that she loves Dubai a lot. Besides, in the post she added that ‘she is going to Dubai’, and the contact information to help students enroll has been also provided beneath the post.

About Rakhi and her professional life

Rakhi has been in the news for many years now due to her exceptional acting, singing, and dancing skills in numerous film industries across India. Not to mention, her funny and dramatic demonstrations in front of the public helped her bring her into the limelight within the media industry. 

She started her debut in the Bollywood industry through a Hindi film named, Agnichakra, in 1997.

Rakhi has also played several smaller roles and even glamorous dance numbers in many films.

Later on, she entered the television industry post-2006.

Since then, the actress has been involved in various controversies that came one after another.

Rakhi was a performer and has been chosen as a contestant in the first-ever reality show in India, Bigg Boss 1.

She also participated in other reality shows like Nach Baliye, Rakhi Ka Insaaf, Maa Exchange, and many more.

About Rakhi’s New Home in Dubai

In one of her Instagram posts, dated back in August, the reality show sensation has only shown a few glimpses of her new home in Dubai while stating that her husband, Adil has bought the new home in her name. She has also shown a model flat with facilities and luxurious amenities that she wishes to have in her new house. Showing the model flat, she said, ‘This is a replica of my new home but everything in it will be the same as ours.’

Rakhi became emotional at the airport remembering her mother and husband

All these happenings have been taking place amidst the ongoing controversial marital accusations against Rakhi’s husband, Adil Khan Durrani. He is currently under police custody on terms of complaints registered by Rakhi as she had to face unacceptable domestic violence from Adil. The couple has announced separation recently. However, at the airport, seeing the spot where she used to wait for her husband with flowers made her feel extremely emotional, and controlled her tears.

Rakhi also mentioned her mother Jaya Bheda died on January 29, 2023, at a hospital in Mumbai as she was diagnosed with endometrial cancer and was under treatment. Rakhi received condolence messages from many of her industry-associated friends such as Jackie Shroff, Rashami Desai, Ankit Tiwari, Nisha Rawal, Maanayata Dutt, and many more. Everyone blessed Rakhi and prayed for the soul to rest in peace. 

Also, Rakhi in one of her posts shared how fondly she misses her mother. She also mentioned that ‘last year I took my mother to show her around Dubai, but she had no one to accompany her this time.’

Rakhi wishes her fans ‘A happy and colorful Holi’ but with a sad face and adds she has lost all colors from her life and she doesn’t have anyone to enjoy and play Holi with her.
