Sheikh Maktoum Calls On Residents To Join ‘Bridges Of Giving’ Campaign In Dubai

Sheikh Maktoum Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of the UAE, announced on Twitter that Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Global Initiatives will launch the “Bridges of Giving” campaign in collaboration with the Emirates Red Crescent. The campaign’s goal is to provide immediate relief to those affected by the recent earthquakes in Syria and Turkey.

The announcement was made on Sunday, and the campaign was scheduled to launch on Monday.  The initiative is a collaborative effort between Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Global Initiatives and the Emirates Red Crescent, two organizations committed to providing humanitarian assistance and promoting social welfare.

On Monday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., the Arena Hall of the Dubai World Trade Center will serve as a donation center.

Residents are encouraged to make generous donations to help the affected communities. The initiative reflects the UAE society’s values of solidarity and compassion, with Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Executive Council, emphasizing the importance of lending a helping hand to our brothers and sisters in Syria and Turkey.
