UAE Rain In Dubai ,Abu Dhabi ,Fujairah And Ras Al Khaimah

It was a rainy atmosphere for the residents of Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. Predictions have been released by the National Center of Meteorology (NCM) that there is a possibility for the formation of connective clouds resulting in rainfall in certain areas in the nation. So the Arabian skies might be partly cloudy with occasional dust in certain areas of the nation.

National Center Meteorology (NCM) Issued Orange Alert

On Saturday, the 20th of May, an orange alert was issued for the eastern sides of the United Arab Emirates. Such alerts are declared to make people aware of the condition and expect conditions that might need preparation beforehand.

Heavy rains were reported in areas of Sharjah and Fujairah. The center posted videos of rain in both the emirates on their social media handles. Heavy rains were also reported in some sections of  Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, and Ajman on Saturday. The Center for Meteorology also shared a 3D video of cloud formation over the oceans highlighting the areas susceptible to rain due to cloud seeding yesterday.

The condition of the sea is predicted as moderately calm in the Arabian Gulf and Oman Sea, there might be times of roughness due to the cloud activity. The National Center of Meteorology has issued alerts regarding the presence of clouds over the ocean.

The harsh winds will likely stir up dust and sand which will cause hindrance in the horizontal visibility. Motorists are warned and instructed to practice caution on the roads as the dust may be an obstruction to visibility. Individuals who are susceptible to dust-related allergies must adopt necessary precautions while going outdoors.

The levels of humidity are predicted to reach a maximum of 80 percent. Overall the temperatures are expected to stay above 30 degrees Celsius. There is a chance for a shoot-up in temperature which might reach up to 44 degrees Celsius. The lowest possible temperature is predicted to be 20 degrees Celsius. At the moment Dubai is experiencing sunny conditions with a temperature of 28 degrees Celsius. The temperature in Abu Dhabi might touch 44 degrees Celsius, while the temperature in Dubai will show a visible drop of up to 41 degrees Celsius.
