Wynn Resorts Have Announced The Details Of The First Casino Resort In The UAE

The resort is named Wynn Al Marjan Islands. The hospitality company has revealed the design version which is said to be taken inspiration from the seascape of Al Marjan Islands.

The resort will be built with the collaborative efforts of its local partners Marjan LLC, and RAK Hospitality Holding. With the beautiful blue waters of the Arabian Gulf at the Al Marjan seascape, this resort will exude luxury and sophistication. The developers, Wynn will hold a 40 percent stake in this 3.9 billion project.

Located in Ras Al Khaimah, the multi-billion dollar property will sculpt a serene and stylish landscape that draws its inspiration from the ocean and brings its relaxed warm vibe into the modern world-class hotel.

This casino resort is expected to transform and boost the Emirate’s rise as a highly preferred tourist spot, with the potential to create more value for its economy through tourism and employment opportunities. This project is also promoting accelerated growth of the allied business sector.

The visitors can expect a wide array of options for entertainment choices like a gaming area, 24 different dining and lounging options, a relaxing spa, and wellness centers, extremely lavish shopping areas, an epic event center, an advanced theatre hosting exquisite production show, and other high-class amenities.

The US-based developers will be bridging their signature design aesthetics into this casino resort. As said earlier the inspiration from the beach will be seen in its podium structure quite like the opera house which will present the visitors with divine views of the sea and horizon. In addition to that, every single restaurant will have the best views of the sea providing the visitors with an enjoyable dining experience.

The CEO of Wynn Resorts, Craig Billings said that they have spent the last year carefully developing the Wynn Al Marjan Islands, considering the location it is set in.

He expressed that he is incredibly proud of their design and development team’s capacity to implement their rich legacy and a musing design that is perfect for a sun-soaked beachside resort that is ensured to make the customers blissful.

The casino can be expected to be functioning starting in early 2027 according to Mr. Billings’s statement.

Wynn Resorts is a US-based developer and operator of premium casinos and hotels. Located in Paradise, Nevada, this enterprise was launched by Steve Wynn in the year 2002. This will be the hospitality giant’s first beachfront property as well as its first project in MENA region( Middle East and Northern Africa).
