Miral is collaborating with Microsoft to launch an AI customer-facing service. This service will be offering personalized guidance and necessary information to customers who are visiting Yas Islands theme parks and attractions. 

Within a week’s span, more than 1700 operations were set up successfully. The ChatGPT facility is implemented to increase the capacities of the chatbots that will be used for customer services for the first time.

The Group CEO of Miral Group Mohamed Abdalla Al Zaabi said that they were extremely proud to be spearheading the introduction of ChatGPT with Microsoft’s Azure Open AI services within the tourism and entertainment scene.

And this itself was the main aim of the launch, to be a user-friendly, progressive, and systematic organization option for a customer-centric experience.

He is expecting that with the aid of Azure Open AI Service and ChatGPT, Miral will be able to efficiently engage with their customers and will have the capacity to offer a smooth experience.
