Many people in Dubai will be heading down to The Beach in Jumeirah Beach Residences, where there will be a nightly display of fireworks from 8.45pm. This has become a popular community activity, with people gathering on the beach, the walkways, the restaurants and cafés, and the balconies of the residences behind. There will also be firework displays at Festival City.
