The service is quite poor for the price. At breakfast, staffs seem to be in a panick all the time, make you wait for your coffee for 10mins, never apologize, seats and floor are unclean etc. TERRIBLE.

3819 is a great suite. Unfortunately the only smoking floor is the 5th and one has to go to L level to smoke.
