3 restaurants to visit in Dubai this week

Taste of Italy by Pasquale Sipone Teatro
If you want a “taste of Italy”, you probably want someone called Pasquale Siponi in the kitchen preparing it for you. Teatro’s head chef has crafted a menu of traditional and contemporary Italian dishes, with the mains featuring five dishes: osso buco Milanese with saffron carnaroli risotto; slow braised black angus short ribs with truffle Idaho potato and broccoli; herb and pesto crusted lamb with berry jelly; grilled octopus with asparagus; and lobster ravioli with scallop, prawn, porcini mushroom and tomato cream sauce. Bellissimo!
