The Restaurant at Address
Eat in when you’re out? That seems to be the concept of the welcoming new venue in the Address Boulevard – although that might depend on what you call home. The Restaurant at Address is designed like a Parisian apartment, complete with lounge, kitchen, study, dressing room, library and games room. It is also reflected in the open-all-day menu, with eggs benedict in the lounge or coffee and a croissant in the kitchen, right the way through to a range of beverages in the games room. Go on then, make yourself at home.

Pizza Express
There is a new menu coming to Pizza Express and Jazz@Pizza Express outlets this spring. Among them is intriguing new pizza: the Aragosta Reale (AED99), a crispy Romana-style pizza topped with lobster meat, baby broccoli, marinated yellow cherry tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella and lobster bisque sauce, and finished with crème fraiche, black caviar, chives and lemon. Intrigued? You will be.

Amsterdam Hub
The latest bar in JBR is inspired by everyone’s favourite Dutch city – and the famous green-labelled beverage brewed nearby. It’s a stripped-back, wood-and-tile type place, with plenty of the must-have elements like oversized murals and European ephemera. One of the nattiest features, though, is the wall of lockers, where guests can store any barrels or bottles that they don’t quite finish on the night.

La Serre Bistro
La Serre has earned its spurs on Dubai’s dining scene as the go-to place for refined French-Mediterranean cuisine, so a new range of dishes is always worth exploring. Thankfully, this season’s additions remain rooted in its belief in quality ingredients and classic preparation, featuring the likes of risotto a l’orge and turbot sauvage in the main course and, for dessert, dolce and orange fondant with spicy ice cream. The pick of the starters is the king crab salad, served with a garlic and olive oil mayonnaise and topped with a fresh salad of Korean pear and fennel.
