Bread Street Kitchen
Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant in Atlantis, The Palm, has launched a new ‘Pie and Pairing’ menu, every Tuesday for AED145 per person from 6pm until 10.30pm. And we’re not talking your bog standard pie here – there will be weekly specials such as chicken and morel with short crust pastry, or royal fish pie with scallops and lobster. Every pie can be paired with a glass of grape, hops or a blended drink.

3 Fils
Chef Akmal Anuar highlights one dish from the 3 Fils menu, The Emo-Fries 2.0: “These are amazing, even if I do say so myself. They are chunky triple-cooked chips that then meets thin slivers of tender Bluefin tuna and shavings of Aussie winter black truffle. It’s a hearty, soul-warming dish. Our tuna comes from Japan and is flown in fresh every Wednesday ready for service.” We need to eat this right now.
